Given what's going on in Georgia, does the anniversary of the "Mississippi Burning Murders" seem more relevant than previous years?

Your are off your rocker. What is happening in Georgia? You Marxists are always lying about everything.
Voter suppression
"You Marxists are always lying about everything."
Oh boy, haven't heard that kind of fear mongering before. Way to show how the opposition to BLM is just like the opposition to the Civil Rights Movement.
I checked the calendar and it's not 1960 anymore. THAT was 60 years ago. Most communists still think it is 1917, so maybe it isn't that bad.
Times have changed and the fact that you are trying to make them go back to 1960 by inflaming racial problems to push your crazy agenda is telling.
Yes! Conservatives are bad and so are Republicans, but they don't know why. Burning down cities is good, because it makes sense to the "touched."
The "touched" think it's still the days of slavery, even though we had a black president for 8 years.
You can't fix the "touched" because they're beyond repair. Something happened to them in their lives that was bad, and now they just go with it.
If they would only leave their mom's basement they would see that there's a happy world out there. But all the "touched" can see is slavery.

Except the left isn't burning down cities. The associated press looked at the arrest records at the riots and most people who were arrested aren't radical leftists.

But as for what happened in the 1960s, a BIG misconception is that the Civil Rights Movement ended in 1965 with the passing of the Civil Rights Act. That's BS; it was put on hiatus in 1968 when its' leader was killed. Time to finish what was started.

I’m sorry what is going on in Georgia
@JimBeams No, but I cite my information.
@JimBeams No, it's that unlike you, I can recognize BS when I see it.
I guess it's also in the Supreme Courts' head

@JimBeams
MLK III already took care of that.
@JimBeams Nope, but as for Georgia, what a coincidence that the autocratic [https://www. theguardian. com/us-news/2020/oct/26/republican-party-autocratic-hungary-turkey-study-trump] GOP would implement "measures to protect voting integrity" right after it elected two Democratic senators in lieu of any evidence that voter fraud was more prevalent in 2020 than previous elections.
@JimBeams Because it will decrease voter turnout while not preventing voter fraud.
@JimBeams Nope but you're clearly aware and scared shitless of the fact that way more Americans are Democratic than Republican.
@JimBeams
@JimBeams Yeah, because the more people who vote, the less likely a Republican is to win which is why you support voter suppression.
@JimBeams But it is your deluded authoritarian fantasy that voter fraud is a bigger problem than voter suppression. But hey if you want to make voting stricter, why don't we bring back those literacy tests?
@JimBeams We did, they were called literacy tests but a bunch of people had them banned with the Voting Rights Act of 1964.
I guess the Civil Rights Activists were the "real racists" because they thought black people couldn't read.
