Why does the media refuse to acknowledge Biden’s cognitive decline?

It’s really sad to watch him. He cannot formulate sentences together or remember basic information such as where he’s at. It seems as if he’s struggling with Alzheimer’s or Dementia. It’s just really strange for me that people call others conspiracy theorist for pointing out the painfully obvious. Why is it that the media on the left won’t even acknowledge these things? Shouldn’t it be acknowledged regardless of what political affiliation in which you stand with?

What's specifically happening is something I have no knowledge of, but I believe basic social competence allows us to discern certain characteristics of others. If someone is of lesser intelligence, you can typically tell. If someone is manipulative in a relationship, you don't need a degree to piece it together. You can drive a car, notice you need to change the oil without needing to understand how the entire internal combustion engine works. I have no idea as to what specifically is happening in his brain, but I can use basic discernment to gauge that he seems to be declining which is typical for his age.
