The 3rd shot thing has been spoken about in the media for quite some time. They even said they effectively didn't need to test it because its just the same technology or some other such nonsense. They're also giving it to zoo animals and pets I believe. It beggars belief the abuse these people will undertake for profit, power, and what ever agenda
