I've seen many feminists complain that women in the WNBA make less than men in the NBA but the thing is, it's a virtue signal. Payment directly correlates to viewership and merchandise but women actually watch the WNBA and express less interest in it than men do. It seems that women only care about it when it comes to payment and don't support it in any other way
