Not the entire UK

It’s still higher than the US.
England & Wales have a rate of 775 violent crimes per 100,000, while the US has has a rate of 383 violent crimes per 100,000. Your thoughts?

The study compiled 3 categories of crime for the UK

4 for the US

UK was

Most serious sexual crime
Robbery
Violence against person with injury

The US was the
Murder & non negligent manslaughter
Forcible rape
Robbery
Aggravated assault
Violent crime defined for the US here is force or threat of force

So, you can argue the US is more all encompassing with the “threat of force” being counted in

Yet, the England & Wales is still higher.

Again, it’s not even the entire UK…..
