My boyfriend isn't vaccinated! Can I bring charges against him for putting my health (& the health of other educated people) in danger?

There isn't a "right" or "wrong" decision here.

This vaccine has been out roughly 1 year. They say it is safe. Ok.
The truth is... they cannot say that 100%. Will there be side affects or issues for some who took it 5 years down the road? 10 years down the road? Will there be unforeseen issues or side affects that reveal themselves later? Maybe.

The only way to know for sure is to wait out the time and see the results after time.
Some trust there will be no side affects and want to take it now. Some may acknowledge that without a long-term study we can't know 100% but they are willing to risk it and take it now, they think the rewards outweigh the risk.
Some may not want to risk it and want to wait until has been around longer and been proven safe with some time behind the study and evidence.

Whatever you want to do is fine. It is your body.

There is no right or wrong here.

Hell no! There's no legal requirement to be vaccinated. No court would find him guilty, and it's possible that some courts wouldn't even hear the case. If you feel unsafe around him, stay away from him.

If you're in the US, by the way, there is no requirement for an individual to reveal whether they've been vaccinated or not... it violates the HIPA personal privacy law. Some are asking how anyone (government or company) can mandate being vaccinated when federal law (HIPA) prohibits requiring that information.

That's not how vaccines work.

Vaccines protect the individual who gets them, i. e. the Polio vaccine stops you from getting and spreading polio.

If it doesn't stop you from getting and spreading the disease then it's not a vaccine it's a treatment.

So this is the part that pisses me off at my hospital in my town I know people that have cancer I know people got shot with guns I know people got in car accidents I know people have the common cold. And when these people died the hospital put down cause of death covid-19 so now every hospital in the world's doing this why why is the buildup of all this covid-19 deaths is it to get us used to something they think if they tell us this everybody's dying of covid-19 when people start dying because of some reason then we're not immune to it there is a reason for the hospitals to put down cause of death covid-19 when they didn't die from covid-19 the numbers have been exaggerating quite a bit now there has to be a reason for that
