This Pope will not be missed, and I haven't forgotten that his predecessor was basically forced to abdicate because he wanted to clean house in the Vatican. Between that, his hypocrisy, and just the general turning a blind eye to major crisis going on in the world so he can play footsie with globalist psychopaths, he's pretty abysmal at his job as a leader. I have yet to see him even acknowledge the persecution of Christians in the Middle East and Africa, or stand up for priests being arrested for holding masses during COVID, but he didn't waste time in vocally avoiding the issue of pedophiles in the clergy with "it's not our role to judge."
The the sex sandals came out during Benedicts reign I left. When the "Francis" spoke I just said, "yep I made the right choice".

Catholic Church has been always a congregation of hypocrites. The best tool against illegal immigration is lack of financial welfare. I don't think Vatican will lose a dime for the sake of helping immigrants, they just want earn money with human trafficking and pseudo hospitality in immigrants target countries. Church is a society's parasite like immigrants from Maghreb and middle east.
I've never understood why people get upset on enforcing the law. So many open border advocates thinking that there should be no country borders.
No borders means all the good places to live would be overrun.

Gotta love when presumably Catholic Americans criticizes their infallible paragon of virtue. Remember, the pope is your direct link to Jesus and here you are criticizing his words. That said, I could say the same about Jesus and the Bible, both are big fans of immigration (including illegal immigration).
He seems to be validating snowflakes and the idiotic 'no borders' crowd, despite the fact that immigration laws exist for a reason. These people would shit themselves if they ever watched "Nothing To Declare" on Sky TV. We need to be more like Australia in our immigration policies.
