Everyone can have his/her preference or standards. It is ok. Just deal with it. Forcing someone to love/like you is just bad.
No one cares because dudes need to just fucking get over it and get on with their lives. Incidentally, that advice is pretty good for the ladies too, but for whatever reason it seems to be "problematic" to deliver it to them.

The hardest one was height. I felt inadequate due to my height (5'7), and it took years of surgery, PT, and tens of thousands of dollars to get to a height I felt was sufficient (about 6'1).
