Birth control doesn't work, rape happens, doctors sometimes wrongly claim a person is sterile or screw up a tubaligation, most births are accidental, and a fetus is a parasite to it's mother and can (and does) cause health complications (and sometimes even the death) for the mother, so yes, it is about her body, should be the woman's choice, and the relivancy is that taking away that choice, is just as absurd as forcing organ donation.

Also yes it is, and being a parasite does not make it another species. A parasite is any organism that feeds off the life force of another organism, that is literally all offspring of any species that reproduces through internal means, including humans.
