A person belonging to a race cannot be "racist" against it. Racism infers the power of a dominant race of people to oppress or to negatively impact upon a subordinate race of people. If you are a member of the subordinate race, you lack the institutionalized power to oppress your kind. However, you can have low estimation of them and hold prejudiced views against them. Racism is not the same as prejudice.

So when he says "white women are parasites, not human beings" or refuses to give a white woman a job just because she's a white woman and someone complains about it, all he has to say is, "Sorry, I'm prejudiced, not racist"?
