I personally think that women should only be given the option of abortion if she was raped or has a underline medical condition that will cause complications.

Not because she wants to be absolved of her responsibility to continue living her best life 🤪

No. Just no. Underlying medical condition? What about ectopic pregnancies? What about mental health? What about financial well being? You really want more kids growing up in poverty? Don't say just put it up for adoption... Did you know only about 62% of babies put up for adoption are adopted within the first 2 months of their life? Did you know there are over 400k kids in foster care every year? Over 100k who can not go back to their families and are waiting be adopted. Did you know the united states has the highest maternal mortality rate among developed nations?

If women are to be criminally charged for abortion because Republicans care so much about children; then why are men not criminally charged when they desert Mom and baby? Also, why is it always men making these decisions for women? FYI: Most Republican states are currently attempting to pass laws that prevent rape and incest victims from having an abortion, which is disgusting and sick. I'm a Republican; but this issue got me so pissed off; that I was actually FOR Biden sticking more Supreme Court Justices in there. And for me to say that; its takes a lot.

For states that only make exceptions for rape, incest and medical condtions, ask yourself this, won't that increase false rape accusations, and how does one prove that it was rape? Someone could be threatened at gun pioint and not put up much stuggle to cause any bruising or vaginal injuries, maybe a condom was used to prevent DNA evidence. Also who decides if the medical situation is warrented to provide an abortion, is that one doctor or two, many won't want to risk their medical license or their freedom if there is a question that it is not warrented. I think there are just too many nuances in these situations to make it a clear cut solution.

I agree if she's old enough to have sex then she's old enough to deal with the consequence, I mean everybody get sex education and everyone know how to use birth control, condom, etc.. Too I don't know how is it in America but in France all birth control, condom etc... are free for people under 25 years old.
