Yes. You're a perfect example of a mental issue you seem to not recognize. Your angry outburst in your questions and answers shows instability. You deflect a lot. Everything you claim in this question is everything you yourself have done. You make unnecessary attacks on people that disagree with you, call them names, and so on.
Seriously go reread your comments you've made to people you disagree with. You can never just agree to disagree with them. You can never be civil and mature. You always call them names and call them stupid. It shows what an angry individual you are.
And everyone slips up, gets triggered, and comments angry things. But you do it everytime. I hope you can get help to be a happier individual. Because it must really suck to feel that angry all the time.

You don't seem to be.
So it depends.
I, on the other hand, am aware of my mental illnesses born out of my epilepsy and trauma, like anxiety issues, alcoholism, chain smoking, and bulimia. I even did therapy for those.
You seem to have severe cognitive impairment, as one example. You have an absurdly restricted vocabulary, high difficulty with abstraction, and a fairly limited reading comprehension and math efficacy.
You seem to have huge issues with self-control, not limited to impulse control or anger management issues.
I feel like you’re close to having an epiphany, a sudden breakthrough that will help you to understand your life and place in the world in new and profound ways. Sometimes it helps if you stare at your reflection in a mirror while asking the same probing questions that you alluded to in your query. A deeper realization of the nature of your own destiny will find you, I’m sure of it.

Sometimes people don’t make any sense because they’re talking complete gibberish.
Sometimes people don’t make any sense because you don’t have the cognitive ability to understand what they’re saying.
Of course, you’ll be sure that in all of these cases it’s the former and not the latter.Well this is an awkward question. Do you know you’re stupid?
Many if not most do!
The real issue is if those who do realize they have mental health issues will do what they need to do to deal with their problem.Yes. A beauful mind is about John Nash who discovers his hallucinations and deals with it. Some don't discover it, I imagine these are homeless people.
Not always, there are a few conditions or disorders the person may not be aware of, like someone with narcisistic personality disorder
Using cognitive multiple times in a paragraph won't make people think you're intelligent.
The ones that have mental issues know how to pass mental health tests
Just because someone isn't clinically insane, doesn't mean they're acting rationally.
