I mean this pic shows the was on 11/12/16 5 years ago. If one does not look at the bottom to see this date they will think this is current. And there it is a white cop shooting and killed a black man. This is on the main home page like it is current. What your thoughts can and be is YouTube being used to fan racial hate?

YouTube's algorithm recommends videos that are similar to other ones you’ve watched, or that have a high viewership rate among people who watch the same videos as you. This means everyone's YouTube homepage recommends different videos than what you see. People who watch a lot of mrbeast or other dumb, popular YouTubers for example, would probably never have that video recommended. Whereas right-wing nuts who watch a lot of political BS, probably would have that recommended.

My guess is that video was recommended to you because It had a high viewership among racist right wingers who got off on his verdict.
