To be honest, I couldn't finish watching the video. It made me sick to my stomach because it is inhumane to treat human beings so bad.
To answer your question, I answered to enforce the laws. But I think what the video showed is beyond just enforcing the laws. We have immigration laws in America 🇺🇸 and who enforces them? No one!
That's why they found 50 illegals in a truck 🚛 in San Antonio that were thrown in a pile in the truck - DEAD! 16 went to the hospital. 💔
I don't think there is anything that would help their situation because that is how those people were taught to handle those migrants.

I would offer a $1,000 bounty, dead or alive (age wouldn't matter); but, to collect, I would require a video of the person crossing the border. There are very low light night video cameras that could record that, even on the darkest night. With thousands of people with video cameras and high powered rifles looking to make an easy $1,000, within 3 months illegal border crossing would go to zero.
I would use sanctions as a pretext to freeze and confiscate foreign reserves of countries who don’t do what the West wants, causing an acceleration of the decline in the holding of dollars and euros as foreign reserves. This would drive up inflation in the West. Eventually the standard of living, which is already deteriorating in the West, will get so bad that migrants want to stay home and Mexico will build a wall to keep Americans out. Wait a minute... the Biden Admin is actually doing this!
One persons crisis is another persons opportunity. I would bust my ass off to accept as many refugees and migrants as I possibly could because they would massively boost my nations growth and power in the future. It is literally like having free money rain from above and all I have to do is make sure I have a big enough wallet to shovel it into.

I think the big thing is just wanting to actually solve the problem. So say you're in the US and you want to stem the tide of illegal aliens entering the country. First, you have to announce that you'll take a tough stand on illegal immigration (as opposed to the wink-and-nod approach that's characterized policymakers who actually want to see MORE people come to the country). Then you'd have to take action to demonstrate that commitment. I'd start by deploying US Army units to the southern border to interdict anyone attempting to travel across.
There are other things that could be done to work with partners in other countries as well. The key is to align incentives with them so they choose to do what you'd like them to do. For example, with Mexico we could tax any remittances sent to Mexico from people living and working in the US to offset the costs of interdicting illegals crossing from Mexico. This would give Mexican authorities an incentive to help us out because the fewer people they allow to cross the less heavily they are taxed.
At any rate, those are a couple of policy changes to make, but the key to any change is to 1) have a clearly and HONESTLY defined goal (you have to HONESTLY WANT to reduce illegal immigration), 2) set policy to align the incentives of the other players in the game (immigrants, foreign authorities, domestic groups trying to thwart your goal), and 3) be transparent about what you're doing (policies) and how it's working (illegal immigration numbers).
Bring back all the polices that President Trump used. Build the wall, wait in Mexico. I would eliminate chain migration and all welfare benefits for non citizens.
The weekend before the Superbowl I would announce that there would be free citizenship at all pro football stadiums and also a free iPhone. When they all show up I would round them all up and send than all back.
I'd say a great wall of China, one so big that they can drive along the top of it looking for illegals, with motion sensors and camera's... drones, etc...

2. death penalties for human traffickers. soldiers and border patrol may carry out executions on the spot without trial
3. 3 strikes policy for illegals, 3rd strike is death, strikes are marked with physical injuries on the body like lost fingers or hands
I'd build the wall, pit mines and automatic movement trigger guns on the border. Maybe a swamp with alligators in the most infections places

Simple. Give fair warning and tell them to back off, etc. Then shoot the first wave that tries it. The rest will learn quickly that the army wasn't joking.

Get a fire team on the walls. Once people start getting lit up it’s safe to say illegal border crossings will drop like Biden on a bicycle.
Hopefully we can take this country back to early 1900. All these other groups shouldn't have rights in the first place.
