It's not a legally open border, but between 2,000 and 5,000 illegal immigrants cross the order every day, many under very dangerous circumstances (obviously).
The current administration's policies are cruel and are quite literally killing people.
We don't really have an open border - at least not yet. Perhaps all those who died were really mules and the baggies broke down in the heat and they died from drug overdoses.
There is a little thing like the official statistics that are recorded by the Border Patrol which shows the total number of illegals that are processes, how many "got aways" and estimate of how many sneak in. These numbers are going through the roof. There is definitely a border crisis that is costing taxpayers billions of dollars as well as all the fentanyl that is killing Americans in record numbers. The fake news is giving Biden cover while taxpayers get ripped off.
