One of the ones I really don't like is "snitch" or even worse "rat". I hear those a lot among toxic people such as those with criminal records or anger issues that are bad to the point of them being unsafe to be around.
It's troubling to me because it tells me that the person in question believes that the person they're saying it to owes some kind of loyalty to keep their bad behavior from reaching those who may punish them for engaging in it. I also find that these people take little issue with having others take blame for something they didn't do.
As someone going into law enforcement, I sure hope I never hear those kinds of words being used by coworkers because if one of us acts up, they need to be reported immediately. I'd understand someone maybe using those words if it's minor like eating an extra slice of pizza but even then, the principle set by their use of the word is one that's disturbing to me.
"N" word-- enough said it pretty terrible thing to say, and I hate when black people use it more then whites because its a disgusting word, not joke or playful thing to say.
"Cunt" - So for a lot of women cunt is like the worst thing in the world to say to someone. Its pretty bad, like almost as bad and just below the "N" word.
"Selfish" - I hate when someone calls you selfish, its like the easiest thing to say to someone, and honestly its mostly used by selfish people to hide their own selfishness.
"Tragedy" here's a word that is often over used and annoying to hear all the time. I mean you bought beach front property in Florida, you knew its always been a ticking tome boom until the next Hurricane hits so don't run around acting like its a "tragedy".
"Victim" okay this is other over used word that I just shut down on when I hear it. There so may self proclaimed victims in this world... look being a victim isn't s excuse for your own stupid decision making okay... take some responsibility for you own actions.
This one isn't a word exactly... but anything "LGBTQ" I immediately turn the channel. Like I don't care, literally I don't care in the least, I don't need to hear about or care either. I don't want it pumped into my house by the media or hear about anyone else's agenda assigned to it.
Just to clarify, unless I’m too old and out of touch, lmao…I think they do mean “on read”, which is basically the opposite of “unread.” Being left “on read”…it means the other person has already read your message (and it will say “read” to tell you), so the frustration isn’t that your text was UNread, but rather that it WAS read, and the person has simply chosen not to reply to you. “Unread”, you’d think “ok, maybe they just haven’t looked at their phone”, but being left on “read” is seen as dismissively disrespectful.
