So Basically Tuesday morning I attempted to kill myself and the police found me took me to hospital and I got sectioned. I have escaped now. Will the police look for me? If yes how?

Probably would put out a picture and your details. Contact your closest people and visit your home. Just regular stuff. They will not comb the streets for you. May or may not share a picture of you so people might recognize you.

That said, if they do find you you're not in trouble. They are literally looking for you to check in and see that you are safe. Contact them yourself. Explain that you freaked out. Things will end up alright. Take care of yourself.
