One thing lately in regards to non political stuff is the high health costs I'll be dealing with once I move out to be on my own due to a chronic respiratory condition that I have.
With the health insurance offered to city employees, I'll be paying a total of $1,000/mo for copays, visits and prescriptions along with another $200 in premiums. I can reduce the out of pocket burden on me a bit with HSA and HRA accounts though, which I'll be doing.
Another thing that annoys me a lot is the hostile takeover of affordable housing by HOA's. I'm looking into condos and townhouses as my first home since I was around apartments a lot in my previous job and that's not the environment I'd like to be in.
Plus the cheapest apartment in my area is $700/mo not including utilities. For that, I'd rather live in a home and have my payments go towards paying off the mortgage and being able to get back some of the money I put in when I sell the home. You only really save money on property taxes and homeowners insurance with an apartment but the money you put in through rent essentially dissappears.
HOA's have advantages but the only one that applies to me is that they'll mow the lawn for me, everything else is negative. Especially since I saw a nice 1,000sq feet townhouse in my area for $80k but then the monthly HOA fee is $400/mo.
For that extra $400, I'd rather mow my own lawn and get a bigger home than deal with them, from what I hear, they'd make the Sicilian Mafia seem not so bad🙄
That people always openly assume that girls are gonna get sexually assaulted cuz they're girls and guys are not gonna get sexually assaulted cuz they're guys. Both are untrue, sexist towards girls AND guys, and offensive to me. It makes me feel so weak. And I absolutely hate feeling weak.
I will always treat people as I want to be treated. Which means, none of this bullcrap

I understand your frustrations. I kind of been there and done that.
If you can do remote work, then you are able to consider doing remote work while residing in poor countries like Georgia or Turkey, where rent is like 300 bucks whilst making 3000 bucks after tax. Even better if you become an independent contractor while being a migrant in those poor countries. I miss doing that. I had a good amount of money i couldn't spend all of it faster before my next paycheck.
Why do you even Fight to survive when you have a Respiratory Condition? Life is only worth living If your free from Physical and mental problems and Can Relax and chill out anything that involves Pain and struggles I’ll be Opening the door to the grim Reaper.
Stuff that doesn't work that you just bought, like new video games released with tons of glitches, or defective products. I get extremely pissed at stuff like that.
Love the new profile pic. Was that from the manual on how to fight in trial by combat in the 1500’s, written in Germany I believe?

That's why I own my home. Also when you own your own home you make all the calls. Having lived in an rented home I had to ask permission to paint rooms, get appliances fixed and have a dog. Own it you have more freedom.

Not much really. While i'm still an idealist at heart I'd be angry all the time with all that's wrong with the world. Sometimes I hate the fact that I've become so numb.
