I asked this before, but I got skewed answers and wasn't specific enough. So this time, I'm making it a poll.

Please pick the state that is the best when it comes to not being woke and run by Liberal lunatics teaching LGBT s e x uality to second graders (California, New York, Illinois, Washington, Minnesota, etc), nor Conservatively authoritarian with things such as banning abortion, forcing people to be Christian, etc. (Texas, South Dakota, Missouri, Arkansas, etc.)

Using elimination, Maryland, Arizona, and Georgia seem like the worst possible places to live in and have the "worst of both worlds." And then you have California, the worst, most insane state ever. What place are the opposite of those?

No, I don't want to hear any debates on why you think the left or right is "better." I just want what you think is the most apolitical state. I want the US state that is the most balanced/"purple" and doesn't have any of the negative crap from either side, thanks.

Probably Montana from this list. Unfortunately the state I live in is blue as shit because of the two most populous areas being filled with screwy lefties that will decide the majority of our state politics every goddamn time, but rural areas amd smaller cities are red. It is also a state that abortion is banned in, which I have given my stance about already.

That just makes it the worst of both worlds: Public school teachers teaching 2nd graders about glory holes, three-ways, and anal sex, then forbidding them from getting abortions when they're pregnant at 13.

I'd prefer neither of the worst aspects about the two political parties, instead of BOTH.

Where did 2nd graders come into this? It's not a requirement to be a middleschool teacher to be LGBT as far as I've heard. But yes, you would arguably have the "worst of both worlds" in some important issues.

The problem with picking based on who is not on these lists, is you may just end up with the opposite extremes. Sure they may not ban abortion, or teach such explicit sex ed to young kids, or have a 5+ percentage of LGBT. But you can't tell from that that they don't instead have absolutely zero LGBT, don't teach sex ed at all, and allow even full term abortions.

It would be a lot easier if there were maps of both sides for each issue. What states ban all abortions, and what states allow all abortions. What states have too much sex ed too early, what states don't require their schools to teach it at all. Then you could find a state that maybe isn't on any of those maps, and that would be a nice medium.

What would a good medium be for you? Wait until highschool to teach that stuff, allow abortions to the 2nd trimester, and have 3.5% LGBT? Or do you actually want some extremes, just not the ones shown on these maps?

I tried finding maps like those, and had no such luck. Maybe you're better at it than me, but these are the best maps I could find on Google.

It's not even about these specific issues, per se. I just don't want to live in a state of extremism on either side. So I chose the states that have the most extreme, one-sided, authoritarian policies on the left and right, and started filtering from there.

I most definitely don't want to live in a state like California though. And I also don't want to live in a state that tries to force incompetent reckless people to be parents and ruin a future child's life due to their retarded religious beliefs, either. I just want to live in the most free, non-Draconian state still left in America, assuming there are any.

As far as compromises go: Ban explicit sex ed until high school, allow abortions up until the third trimester/24 week mark (even I don't approve of third trimester abortions, but it shouldn't be up to the government to make that decision for people), and I don't care if people are gay are not; as long as they aren't shoving it in my face like they do with blue states and trying to brainwash children with their LGBT propaganda. Although I have zero tolerance for dating queer people, so ideally I at least still want there to be single heterosexual women left there as well (where I used to live, there were very few straight women; most of them were queer, and I'd sooner die alone than date a "bisexual" label lesbian).

Personally I don't care which is better to be z lib but which is better to live, work and raise a family. Right now that's not a lot of liberal states.

And I agree; Republicans want to control people so damn badly, that they'd shoot themselves in the foot after the Democrats have done so several times already, just because they want to virtue signal as bad as the left does. It's not even third-trimester abortions either, but banning them outright. As if parenting is easy or that any retard can do it easily... But I'm getting into politics, and I said I didn't want to do that!

The point is, I don't want to live in any state that thinks it can control you like that, and I'm not even a woman or plan on having any kids. So I'd want to move back to the US in someplace that is not a blue state, nor a "we're going to take your rights away" red state. Hence the maps I posted. And the link.
