I agree someone who can't define a woman is not qualified, but lots of leftists are unable to do that, yet will treat you like a hellspawn if you dare to suggest a man might pretend to be a woman and go to women's restroom to creep on women... (Which is why SJWs are against JK Rowling, because she dared to suggest that possibility)
It really bothers me when people say how stupid America is, but it's moments like this when I can't blame them. I would ask her what restroom she uses. (of course she couldn't weasel out of that question)

It's stupid for a president to announce the litmus test before knowing how it will be received. Trump knew he'd gain favor when he announced he would appoint antiabortion justices. Biden was naïve when he thought he'd benefit from announcing his bias for a black woman.
Justice Brown Jackson is unquestionably qualified. By injecting race into the choice he made everyone wonder if a compromise was made. Not politically savvy, Joe.
It didn't help that the appointee is also an activist when she isn't playing court jester to justify indefensible party stances. She knows damn well what a woman is. Everyone in the country did until a few years ago.
He also made the same statement regarding his VP nominee, and she doesn't even have to pretend to be a moron.
Remember when Trump pre-determined that he'd appoint a women? You and the other Republicans had nothing to say. Therefore it's the black part you all actually have a problem with. Usually you all try to hide your racism better. Thank you for being so honest about it for once.
