I've been hearing this sentiment among trad types lately. That men are somehow more important than women yet somehow easier to replace than women.
To me this reeks of someone who thinks they're too good to be putting themselves in harms way and expect men to be the stoic rock so they can afford to be an emotional wreck. Someone who will tout traditional values yet are hardcore progressive when it comes to things like abortion and no fault divorce.
Someone actually put it very plainly.
"Modern day women want the power of a man, the privileges of a woman and the responsibility of neither."
And at least when it comes to these types I think that's true. Cause the more I try to break it down the more it irritates me.

We know sex of a child comes from seminal fluid, that carry either a x chromosome or a y chromosome. It matches with an egg in a womb that has one x chromosome. Xx is a female born person and xy is male born person. We believe it's a 50/50 chance of either for a healthy born but that is incorrect.
Environment of the mother getting pregnant actually tilts the odds of male or female birth. More males are born in prosperous times while female are born in harder times.
So in ye oldy times the men would kill each other in competition for few women and in hard times 1 guy had 4 women. The bottle neck of reproduction is the pregnancy and evolution cheated the odds in favor this way.
It also influenced our culture on who we script ourselves to be at any given time period. A booming government has a surplus of solders to throw at another government while a struggling nation is hung on by mother's blessing. As we call our home mother country.
That's really bizarre to think about. Still it just screams entitlement to me when a woman flat out expects me to put myself in harms way for her sake
We did build a society that is now outside of evolution but our culture since then is built around it.
To me it makes sense she is a bit of a cunt and leave it at that and never talk to them again. at that point i can build whatever future i want. With that i will come accross some other bull shit that at face value makes no sense but in reality of history and science will be the logical path. Like a river going down a mountain it was the only logical path down.

Never in my life have I heared such questionable mindset.
Every human is born inherently important and nobody deserves less to live because of factors they can't control, such as sec or race.
