Anyone with a brain knows this is a drug problem.

My plan is to stop giving money to other countries. Build these pods so people don't have to die in the snow. Drug testing cups cost pennies.

If you're clean, you get food and shelter.

They have a drug that can keep you off of booze, so now find a drug that will keep you off of meth and heroin.

Talking, preaching and handing you a bible isn't going to clean up the streets. Only science can fix this.

But how would YOU fix this?

I really care about helping the homeless, and most people have attacked me. It's both conservatives and liberals. Children are living in tents and cars. I told a conservative that children need food in their bellies, and bibles aren't food. He attacked me for that. lol The moron said I was attacking religion. lol
When you're sleeping in the snow, I guess a bible will help.

Copy programs in other cities and countries where it has worked. You have to fix the root problems, not put bandaids on it.

Perform E-verify on every social security number, round illegals up and transport them to a preconstructed tent city in Mexico. Pay for it by tariffs on all goods imported from any country where illegals emigrate from. Feed and clothe them, of course.

Create regional vagrant dormitory facilities. Arrest all homeless for vagrancy, transport them to the dormitory facilities and deal with their issues, such as physical or mental illness. Feed and clothe them them, of course. Require that they work in some capacity, whether domestic services, manufacture or agriculture, pay them minimum wage and make it illegal to leave under penalty of a prison sentence.

My ideas do not require you to like them.

Deport the homeless who are not citizens. Provide drug and alcohol programs for those willing to participate. Provide housing for the mentally ill. Encourage those who aren't covered by those 3 things to move to a more affordable area, especially if not from there in the first place.
