Why When you try and stand up for yourself and against lies they tell about you and their attempts to try and destroy your life people go off at you?

My own sister. She has lied to child services to try and have my baby taken off me. She has accused me of stalking her when it's actually her who has been stalking me and she has been the one showing up to my home and i have the evidence to back this up. She accused me of using our uncle's fb account to send her some friends request when at the time she received the request it was when fb was glitching and apparently sending thousands of people random friends request. I had nothing to do with it. She is going around telling people I have herpes and that I gave her 8 year old daughter herpes when I have medical evidence to prove I am STD free. She has posted crap about me online. She accused me of stealing money from dad when I didn't and even accused me of stopping our dad from answering her calls when Dad is a grown ass man who chooses to ignore her calls.

She is the one who committed fraud under dad's name and she is the one who took money from the government when she lied and claimed she was a flood victim when she was never a flood victim. She is the one who was illegally accessing the work computers at the hospital to gain information on anyone she could. She was also the one who criticised her own sister in law because her sister in law lost her baby and when she went on to have another baby she was overprotective and didn't want anyone holding the baby and my sister bitched about her being that way.

I told our dad I do not want her at the house, especially when it's me who is paying the rent and bills here not him and that this is my home. Dad doesn't pay Jack yet Dad allows her to come to the house disrespecting my wishes. Every damn time I stand up for myself and I say I don't want her here at the place especially around my daughter. I'm the one who gets ganged up on and I'm the one who is seen as a bad guy.

It's makes it worse because I'm paying rent and bills where I live while my dad who doesn't pay rent or help with the bills. I've made it known I don't want this person at the house, yet my dad constantly goes against my wishes and let's them come to the house. I'm the one who is keeping this roof over our heads and I have absolutely no say in my own home. I'm so sick of it that I'm playing on moving and the moment I do dad will be homeless, because I won't be helping him regardless if he is in his 70's.

I Spoke up and told dad not to long ago about how I don't want her here ever. We got into an argument and He told me it's his home too and he can have whoever he wants here. Told him, I'm the one who put this roof over our heads and who is keeping the roof over our heads and you don't pay rent or bills so no it's not your home and you don't have the right to tell anyone they can come here. I also told him the phone he is using I own that as I paid for that for him. It doesn't matter what I say He is still going against my wishes.

So right now I am in the middle of packing up my things. As of tomorrow morning, I will be out of here, so he will be spending the entire time freezing and without being able to make his coffee or watch TV or even access the internet because I'm calling up to have the electricity turned off and all of his food in the fridge and freezer he will be starving.

I have done everything for dad while this other person has gone and committed fraud under his name, this other person is the one who is hell Bent on destroying my life and she has been the one who has been stalking me and trying everything she can but failing to have child services take my daughter of me.
