How would the world react to someone like this?

I had a interesting thought cross my head today and I am just having to ask it here and hopefully its okay..

So I'm wondering being the world is so cruel and there is so many racist people out there.. How would the world with people like that react if there was a man or a woman who was born both skin colours? Like both in the sense that half of their face is white the other half is black and they are just naturally that way?

I feel like with how human body works that something like that could be possible even though there is no record of it ever happening to date.

No like I mean as if not a skin condition at all just being born that way without something like vitiligo.

But people already have the skin tone you’re talking about. It hasn’t changed anything.
If you look at a person with both black and white skin tones, what difference does it make if it’s vitiligo or not?
What difference do you imagine it would make?
