Gross pay is a problem too. That is why you train for a good career. I missed the part in the debate where anyone said they would piss all over blue collar workers. How were wages under Biden? They did not even keep pace with inflation. We all took a step backwards. When Trump was president wages rose at a record pace across all demographics while we had inflation at less than n2 percent.

Even the people training for better careers are getting screwed on their grosses. It's systemic. Wages haven't kept pace for 40 years. Trump made things worse. Cut taxes cut taxes, and shareholders, directors, and executive officers did their usual circle jerk they do every quarter and voted themselves way too many earnings when they really didn't do a fucking meaningful thing to earn shit besides tout ideals, virtue signal, and speculate.

You know a man who fucking hated shareholders and fucking unions, Henry Ford. He called them both parasites. He was also an antimsemite. He also hated people who didn't work hard or were greedy. He also pioneered piece rate pay. He also was also a pioneer in employeeing women and minorities. He was very much a proponent of improving worker conditions because he recognized the short term costs of high employee turnover from the incredibly boring nature of jobs of mass manufacturing.

AND, he was also a perfectionist and an inventor. He had a hard time meeting deadlines. He was taken to the Supreme Court by the Dodge brothers (who were shareholders) who were mad at Ford (being a majority shareholder) for giving shareholders exactly ZERO earnings every quarter and instead investing back into the company expanding his business or paying workers more. The Dodge brothers also had a conflict of interest in that they wanted to start their own company.

So, you want to again sit there and whine about the government? They were having a tough time ruling on this case because technically, Ford was right. And he was doing what was better for common people, not a bunch of greedy, whiny, bitchy, pussy owners. The company didn't owe shit to the shareholders. Happens all the time when earnings are actually negative and no earnings go to shareholders. And these little shits were crying to big daddy government trying to settle their dispute when Ford wanted to reinvest, and at the same time always whining about taxes to pay to settle these stupid arguments. "Oh boo hoo, he took our money and we want more than just the cap value of our shares, we want some of the earnings". Not entitled to shit you bunch of brats.

The left can’t end racism or sexism. Even if everyone melted, new races would still emerge from genetic drift. It will never end. So it’s better to make peace with it. That’s why both sides spend so much money trying to get inside our heads.
