Why are people only giving me weird looks in public?

They be staring at me from a far, looking down when near me or walking past. Staring me down while walking past me. Always looking at me. Watching me right steady. Staring at my shoes. It's just weird. Like am I'm an outcast because every where I go certain people do this to me only. Like something wrong with me and my appearance. Like someone is slandering my name to people across places. I was with a group of people but i was the only one who was treated like this.

I have no idea. It could be your imagination.
However, I do want to offer a slightly different idea... personally, I try extremely hard not to look at people I find attractive. They make me nervous and I don't want to embarrass myself and regret it for 10 years because I messed up and choked on my own spot saying "Hello."

Another possibility is you have a unique style, and they're simply checking out your clothing, or avoiding eye contact to make you feel less creeped out.

I'm really not sure, I'm sorry that's happening. Hopefully the people close to you don't mind to look at you, I doubt you're Medusa.
