Trees are just a crop like all the rest of the crops. You can drive for miles in Oregon and see tree farms. Farmers make a living growing trees specifically for paper. They use soft woods that grow fast. Recycling has turned into some kind of nonsensical duty.

Also, did you know that the majority of plastic in America isn't actually recycled? We just pay Asian countries to take it so we can feel like we did something good for the environment.

And why are we making petroleum based cutlery, when we can make it out of corn?

Did you know that when Rudolph Diesel invented the diesel engine, he ran them off of peanut oil? Diesel engines can run off of any plant-based oil, and plant-based oil spews 74% less carbon into the atmosphere as does petroleum based diesel fuel.

I had a friend that drove an old clunker Mercedes. He ran it off of free grease he got from restaurants.
