It should be the person that did the first wrong is the only one that’s at fault. For self defense to be wrong is complete bullshit. If you’re being attacked, what are you supposed to do, let it happen? For me, no way despite the government. As in schools, I hate that the person that fights back gets punished by the school. As schools define it mutual combat but screw how the school defines mutual combat.

Your 43 why are you worried about kids in schools? As for self defence in adulthood the question is one of proportion. People get prosecuted because they go too far.

I'm sure you're the type who can't go a week without punching someone in alleged self defence but it may interest you that most people can get through life without getting attacked.
