Why do women especially femenists complain about the wage gap in the wnba but most don't even support or watch the wnba and most couldn't tell you a single team or player? Wnba is male subsidized and most who support it are men is hypocrisy in social justice activism and elephant in the room or something to be expected and does it hurt women's causes?

Because like most women they want egalitarianism. Many of them don’t understand the hierarchy of things. That if a business in the real world operates like that, they’d be out of business. They don’t actually support them as far as going to games, purchasing jerseys, things like that. I wonder how many of them would be for higher ticket prices if it meant they made more. I don’t mean higher as in $5-$10 more, I mean hundreds of dollars more like the NBA games. I can get a ticket for my local WNBA team for 1/10th of what an NBA ticket cost. How many of these female WNBA fans want to pay what we pay for NBA tickets? Probably not a lot of them. The other thing these women don’t consider is you play half a season of an NBA season, probably because the NBA knows they would lose more money if the season went on longer. No one is really watching their games. CC is the only reason why there’s an increase me viewership. When CC got hurt before the all-star game tickets plummeted. No one is lining up to really see Angel Reese play, as much as she likes to think it’s because of her too. No it isn’t. Funny how women bash men for the patriarchy, how these women can’t get paid like the men because of the patriarchy, but the patriarchy is who makes up a majority of their viewers. Can’t win w women it’s always men’s fault.

So wnba still gets about $700 million dollars from sponsorships and players average around $130,000 salery. Nba gets $1.6 billion in sponsorship and players average $10 million. theirs more to revenue than just this but im just trying to keep it simple.

Thats about 32 times higher even though the budget is only 2.5x more. So ya wnba plays are getting robbed blind percentage wise within their own organization.

Feminist aren't making millions and giving out dirt scrap percentages. It's the owners that have the money.

They make multiple millions doing nothing while the players being the star talent are getting cheated on the money already being made.
