It appears to have originally been reported by NBC News. It has been confirmed by the school authorities to be genuine.

Okay obvious moving point here.. but what is the source of this?
Is it just a teacher who randomly wrote this on a spare for publicity, or was it issued to a students parents? It could be a kid who took a blank from a teachers desk wrote this and is using for publicity. Context and source in something designed to move emotions is key.

Honestly, I don't know anyone's motivations, but I can't imagine a situation where such a warning is warranted. If it's not saying the school is racist, it's saying they think at least some of the students' parents are.
