I do think that male privilege is real and I benefit from it. Certain things are immutable biological reality but a lot of it is social. Why would someone voluntarily give up on advantages they have?
Because it is stupid. Just because something seemingly benefits you does not mean that you gain the greatest benefits from it in reality. Equality generally have a greater overall improvement than an inherently biased system.
Lets construct a hypothetical example to demonstrate. Lets say we have a male privileged society and create a company in it. This company has the option between two CEO's. One CEO is a male and basically incompetent, the other is a woman and highly competent. Because men are privileged the role of the CEO is not given based on merits but based on gender to the incompetent CEO.
As a result you have a whole company that is run very poorly which negatively impacts the employees, the customers of the company and also the country which benefits when companies are successful. Lets say for arguments sake you work there, buy their products and live in the country.
First you get screwed because your CEO is incompetent. Then you get screwed because the quality of the products are lower because the company is run badly and lastly your country becomes poorer because the company is less successful and does not contribute as much taxes etc..
Another example would be to compare how being rich far back in time compares to being middle class today. Just because you are at the peek of a certain group does not mean you would not have been in a better situation if everyone was elevated/richer or otherwise more privileged.
At the end of the day everyone benefits the most if everyone is elevated equally. Trying to create imbalances just tends to undermine your own position eventually.

There is no such thing as male privilege. Female privilege however is absolutely a thing.
