Why are millenial men olverly obsessed with Gen Z adult woman?

My friends husbad he is so selfish very super plain rude disrespectful and immature considering he is 32 year old except he acts like a teenager mentaly. He has no respect for my friend what so over. So my friend just had her baby a few weeks ago the need her back in the hospital so my friend had very little time to find a nanny. My friend ask for my help in finding a nanny. We bought found the perfect excellent nanny she has 35 yea of being a nanny experience what is awsome she even went to Europe not saying which university school for Early Education I spoke with This wonderful smart lady not only is she intelligent but shebis very passionate with children. Now the idiot of my friends husband is sepfish rude and does not care about his new born baby he decided to hire a clueless unexperience no degree uncertifide this idiot choose the stupid 19 year old he is ageist he told my friend he isn't instrested in hiring a 48 year old woman. I got very angry and irrited I told him that a 48 year old woman has way more better skills and qualities to be his daugters nanny. I ask him well do you seem to understand? And he was so rude to me my friends husband told meit is hard for him to understand when he has a F*** Karen yelling at his face when I wasn't even yelling at him not only date he insulted me by using the F word and in his delusiona world caring for a new born to have the best nanny is a Karen. I a very angry right now. Why millenial men perfer a gen z adult woman to nanny thierkids instead of an experienced nanny? Why are millenial guy so ageist sure they give special treatment to gen z woman but why they dont do the same for mature beautiful woman? Why millenial men care so much about younger woman? My friends husband yelling at me to live and to never come ba k if im disrespecting him when I never disrespected him.
