Why is being racist seen as worse than being a pedophile or a rapist?

Those who are rapists or labeled pedophiles are often shaped by their earliest societal life experiences... I speak from firsthand experience from an in-home maternal grandmother. Contextual formative first sexual experiences ' conjoined with religious guilt shaming over-ride juvenile naive pleasure sensations.

I see your p. o. v but that is not necessarily different. My personal experiences caused me to have a racist streak when I was younger. And it was very misplaced. But it wasn't. Because of the way I was raised. It was because I used to get jumped by a group of black guys every day for NO FUCKING REASON. other than. Being a white kid in a predominantly black school. Didn't help any that the principal was also racist. (An angry ass ol black lady.) Who confirmed she would not suspend these black kids because I "antagonized" them with my choices of clothing. (I. e a baby blue old stool hoodie with a reflective patch on the front and a pair of JNCO jeans. )

I don't agree with that premise. Sex offenders are worse then people who merely think bad of another race since they actually acted on it and caused genuine harm. Only a small amount of racists do to that degree.

Because racists do things like genocides and murders as well as corrupt societies. Pedophiles and rapists are just criminals in comparison. Hitler is a good example. It would have to be one hell of a pedophile or rapist to be as bad for the world as Hitler alone was but racism also spreads like a virus in society so it causes even further damage than a single individual by themselves.

Also when a black person breaks the law all people seem to care about is whether the police are racist towards him or not. @BrassRaven that's highly problematic cause the justice system operates on the assumption of innocence. If you by default assume that people will be criminal, you'd have to put everyone in prison by default.

I mean, think about this from an objective standpoint.
Say you are a parent.
(I don't know if you do or not, I am a father. I will protect my daughters at all costs. )
And say you know your younger brother has some weird sick attraction to kids. Lets call him Jon. And you know this for a fact because, I don't know, let's say you walk in on said younger brother jerking it to... I don't know out of the box... or... any other show with children in it.
He has never acted on those desires outside of imagining it to happen or anything. But he has admitted he has a problem with this disgusting sexual attraction to children.

And then you have a couple of kids.
