Yes, absolutely, unless it is medically necessary. But mutilating a child for religious beliefs or cultural beliefs should not be legal. Thankfully it isn’t legal in my country unless medically necessary, so not many circumcised babies here.

Well from what I gathered from researching female “circumcisions” there are high risks for complications and there isn’t any benefit whatsoever to getting it while it’s very rare to have complications from male circumcision and there are some benefits.
