
If people claim the DARE program failed then why do law enforcement agencies still have them?

It works by having the kids exposed to drugs die off by way of fentanyl, car accidents, and accidental poisonings and violent crime. That leaves the kids that stayed away, possibly with a cool shirt, alive... to reproduce.
Notice to all young people... stay away from drugs.. eventhough they are constantly marketed to you. Marketers are allowed to lie and deceive.
I doubt it would change the minds of the young people I knew that got into drugs. What works is parents/fathers and possibly beating and locking up.
I bet if you fast forward 3 or 4 years most of these kids will be on dope.
Because when the old DARE failed, when "Just saying 'No' to drugs didn't work," it was replaced with a new and improved DARE program.
Because they think it works, kinda like how they think jailing like how we do it is a better system than rehabilitation

Because there is no other education program centered around narcotics in the US.
I covered this. It's a PR campaign for the cops & schools and has had no effect on drug use. Zero. None. 🚫
A government program that doesn't work and still runs anyways. Sound familiar?
