It is clear that we started to live our life in social media and we spare less time with the people in real life. It even leads to some kind of communication problems. So technology is both the most useful and the biggest problem in our live.
Nobody can say that they don't check their phone when they are with their friends outside. Actually they are always on their phones. This is because of the effect of the technology on people.

We call ourselves social just because we go out, meet with our friends, attend to the parties etc. But we forget one point! We are not actually there. We are stuck in our phones. We go outside to take good pictures and share them on social media. We are so called social.

It makes us lazy
