Would you eat a "Mettbrötchen"?

I watched a YouTube Video where American Guys we're tasting "Mettbrötchen", a German speciality (description of it is a Bit below) and they we're not Sure If it is tasty or Just disgusting because the meat is raw.
Mettbrötchen consists of a Small bread (Brötchen) with Burger meat like raw pork meat and raw Onion slices in it.

So my Question is If you would taste it personally and if you think eating that is Strange or Not.

I would eat it, where is the problem?

How can a human being eat this stuff?

Its a normal thing here in germany, it tastes realy good, there are strict hygiene regulations, for example its only alowed to sell it at the day it was made, an you should not eat it the next day anymore, then its fine, i eat it often and i never had a problem after it

I would not eat it. I don't like beef and I certainly wouldn't ever eat ground beef raw, that's an illness waiting to happen.

If it could be guaranteed that it would do me no physical harm then sure, it would probably taste quite nice. The raw meat is problematic though, obviously. The handling would have to be under very strict controls.

OMG I have had this. It is REALLY AMAZING. I like it better than beef tartar, less salty.
