PERSONALLY, I think it might have the most beautiful water, but certainly not the most beautiful setting. Torch Lake in Michigan is also a very strong contender

I’ve seen some that look really nice, plenty of beautiful lakes in the USA, it’s hard to say what is the best and that is really nice too
