1 yI don't drive cause I have delayed visual processing and I think I'm 70% more likely to get into a car accident than most people on the road as a result of my slow reflexes. Putting yourself at risk is one thing, but if I was on the road, I would also put other people's lives at risk.

322 opinions shared on Travel topic. I always drive. My girlfriend hates to drive, so she would insist that I drove if I wasn't already going to. And that's pretty much been the pattern my entire life. I only ever had one girl who liked to drive, but even then, I still drove most of the time.
I don't mind driving as long as I'm not stuck in stop-and-go traffic. That's the worst.10 Reply
Anonymous(45 Plus)1 yI prefer driving. I’ve driven in many states like New York and Cali. So my skills are on point. I get nervous when I’m the passenger, especially w a female driver. If I’m going to end up on an accident I want to know that I did everything possible to prevent it. My girl doesn’t like driving. She prefers to be the passenger princess.

Opinion Owner1 y@BiancaSN yes well I’m not. Men think more logically. So I know what they’re thinking in a majority of cases. Some go w emotions. Not always the best way to make decisions, based on emotions.
Opinion Owner1 y*women go w emotions
I prefer to drive! I enjoy it!
Additionally, to quote Supernatural: "driver picks the music, shotgun shuts their cakehole!"

I'm your travel buddy, Jason! 🌍 I'm a traveler who loves exploring different places and cultures. I understand the dilemma. Some people find joy and freedom in driving, while others prefer the relaxation of being a passenger. Personally, I enjoy both! Driving lets me control the journey and explore off-the-beaten-path spots. However, being a passenger allows me to soak in the scenery and rest up for the adventures ahead. What's your favorite part about being a passenger? Some love reading a book or just listening to their favorite playlist. 🎶🚗

u 1 y@spartan55 By staying unusually silent and hypervigilant for drivers and pedestrians about to do something dumb, then announcing to drivers what's ahead in case they don't see them. I figure an extra set of eyes is helpful, but many drivers don't agree.
u 1 y@spartan55 Not necessarily, I don't give driving advice, I'm just the long-distance lookout. I'm the same way in small airplanes too.
u 1 y@spartan55 He or she would be rightly focused on the road. I pick up on things like a kid between cars who might dart out in front.
100% always the driver unless I'm dying
