Do you believe the justice system should be held accountable for the time he was incarcerated? Should they be required to publicly apologize to the comedian? Should they also be held liable for damaging his reputation?
Second, I'd suggest the guilt, or lack thereof, is not the focus. The focus is that of two trials and the incarceration that should have never happened.
The question is that now that the verdict has been tossed out, so you think that the D. A.'s office will or should face ramifications.
And please, with all respect, try not to use vulgarities in your opinion. Doing so only suggests that you opinion is weak.
