When Liberals march in DC after Supreme Court overturn Roe v Wade what should happen to protesters that take over DC?

The Jan 6th protesters (not rioters or terrorists ) were denied legal representation and trials and just sit in prison. That is a violation of constitutional rights and due process. Shouldn't same happen to Democrats when they storm DC? Why didn't this happen when they tried to enter Justice Kavanaugh house?

Arrested , stay in prison for years and denied lawyers like Jan 6th protesters

If some right wing basement dwellers can run into the capitol, steal documents and furniture, break windows and interrupt congress, I think liberals should be able to walk in peacefully before getting tackled
