What do you think about working women to get alimony?
According to the divorce settlement, Kim Kardashian will get $ 200,000 alimony from Kanye West. What do you think about working women getting alimony?

What do you think about working women to get alimony?
All celebrities are fabricated both to ruin the lives of simps whose mind they control, and at the same time do their illuminati tranny rituals. Like it's all in the numbers for them always.
Also,
@Rania take note. you are NOT an evil person for being repulsed by evil.
@mcheetah please mention me next time you see this anon simp.
Dear @Anonymous poorly English speaking and fact denying 25-29 year old simp,
They are ALL inverted. And if it really is you who argued previously and called my shared facts conspiracy theories, then there is no need to show evidence. Like them literally admitting it that they are transgender.
But here it is..
Who has male skull and arms?
Who has male q angle?
Who has the hourglass figure?
Unlike child support, there are no legislated guidelines in order to determine the amount the payor has to pay. However, leading family law academics and family law specialists recently developed the “Spousal Support Advisory Guidelines” (the SSAG). These guidelines attempt to assist parties in determining the amount of spousal support for which they are eligible. Although not binding in a court, the SSAG is helpful in giving each party a rough estimate for how much they will be eligible to receive or have to pay in spousal support. These spousal support guidelines are based on a formula which considers the parties’ respective incomes, the length of the marriage, whether there are children, and other considerations.
There are numerous factors to consider when determining whether or not a spouse is entitled to spousal support. These factors impact the amount of alimony payments or spousal support for which he or she is eligible. They include, but are not limited to, the following:
The needs of the dependant spouse based on the lifestyle enjoyed during the relationship
The ability of the payor to pay support
The length of the marriage (which includes the amount of time the couple lived together prior to marriage)
The age, physical, and mental health of both spouses
The dependent’s capacity to contribute to their own support
The standard of living enjoyed during the marriage
The career sacrifices of the dependent spouse for the career advancement of the other spouse
I think both Alimony and child support are stupid and a great way to make men kill themselves.
Thousands of men, feel like they can never get out from under child support even years after their child (who may not even be theirs biologically) is an adult, but they still get thrown in jail and have to pay it when it does no good to help raise a child who is now an adult.
Alimony has less teeth than child support but is a relic of the past (50's maybe) when men were really suppose to be the earn the money and women were house wives. As how else would they be taken care of?
Now they can get a job, or be filthy rich themselves, so it is pointless.
I personally would NEVER want to depend on an ex for income for my child or myself, that is just asking to be tied to them when I want it severed.
Well said she's worth millions what the fuck is 200,000 gonna do for her
@Aerissa_Jade
You think it’s stupid for a parent to financially contribute to the keep of their own children?
@UCrayCray The key is IF they want nothing to do with the child, then yes. If they want to be part of the child's life, then no need to force them to, they'll do it willingly.
As forcing them simply hurts the child. I've personally known lots of men, who insist on taking a child for visitation (because they have to pay child support) then sit the poor kid in a room to watch TV or play a switch/console/etc... and ignore them the entire time. They feed them and do basic's but otherwise ignores them.
How is that emotionally healthy for a child? Good luck trying to say that is child abuse too, state investigated those cases and determined it is not.
They tell the mother, let me out of child support or I'm going to keep taking them (because I have the legal right to) and doing this and even when the child is 14+ and doesn't want to go to the dad's anymore, because its boring and lonely, and the mom says, you don't have to go... the dad takes the mom to court, and WINS because of visitation rights granted to fathers, the mother is now in contempt of court for denying visitation.
The mom CANNOT stop visitation without being in contempt of court.
I look at this as in the best interest of the child is to not make a father who wants nothing to do with a kid, have something to do with a kid. That is not healthy for a child at all.
There was a case recently where a 16 year old, didn't want to go to her dads and refused to go, the mom wouldn't make her, so dad took her to court and won. She had to spend a week in jail, judge told her, as the custodial parent you have to control your children, you have to make her go, if you do not you'll be spending a lot more time in jail.
The mother was court ordered to pay all his legal fees too, which was 30k or so and he aggressively is pursuing her to get that, liens on all her property. She may lose her house over it.
@Aerissa_Jade Well said
Wow, that’s a very specific scenario, and probably not a reflection on most men, thankfully.
I believe child support should have very specific rules so that the paying parent, mostly men, aren’t left destitute after making support payments. However, making children brings about responsibilities that include financial ones. One parent should not be able to walk away and leave their responsibilities to someone else. 🤷♀️
@UCrayCray I've also seen several show me their pay check stubs, where they only have 20 dollars after pay day and told to hire an attorney to go to court and get it reduced... right, with 20 dollars a paycheck.
I just say, if they want to be part of the life, then won't be a problem but making someone be a parent who doesn't want to, only hurts the children.
In this state, a wife can cheat and the husband is automatically the father to the child and when he divorces her for cheating he has to pay child support for a kid that isn't even his.
Personally I would support who ever receives child support having to account for where it is spent on the child. Keep and show receipts to prove they spent it on the child.
That's true it's the same thing here in New York because he's married to her he's legally responsible for that child
Yeah I don't know why people even get married anymore.
Ye isn't the brightest. Nobody is immune from everything and he goes and says like literally the one thing he couldn't say. He could have said other racist shit, started a conspiracy about insert celeb name here being a legit alien in a skinsuit, came out as a trans, or done about a million other things and been fine... instead he does what he did, that and publicly kick a puppy are about the only things he couldn't do. So not the brightest.

I am just going off of your headline, so if that is actually true that is just an injustice on a monumental level. This is why NO ONE should ever get married. Don't even move in with a mate.
She is a ultra wealthy woman, with her own TV show, make up line, I just googled her and it says she is worth 1.4 BILLION dollars. So a court deems that Kanye must pay her 200,000 dollars? For what? What were they married, 3 or 4 years?
If this is true, 2 billionaires marry for 3 years and then the one has to pay the other alimony, I just want to put my fist through someone's face.
And that is why I don't want to get married before, or even if I was STUPID enough to do so, would not be so stupid to do so without an air-tight pre-nup. This is straight-up financial rape. How TF is one of the richest women in the world going to get 1/5th of a million dollars in alimony from Kanye? SHE had more f*ckin' money than he did! And yet these stupid f*ckin' feminists think we live in a "patriarchy." Shows just how utterly retarded these women are.
Rich people shouldn't even be allowed to get alimony. Especially women worth hundreds of millions of dollars. And then people wonder why even Donald Trump called KK whore.
I really hope OP isn't a KK simp or the anon who called her "the queen" on that celebrity poll on here.
Honestly I think Kim Kardashian is just lazy. Why is she even famous for when she doesn't even have any talent. Honestly this woman only married rich dudes in order to later divorce them and get herself a fenefit. I don't think the young generation should be looking up to this crazy woman. Self made would be Eva Longoria. I'm getting a lot of hate for this. But it's all honest answer.
Kim Kardashian is not a working woman. All she does is posting pictures on social media, attending to parties, getting plastic surgeries and a fake tan every week.
I think working women should get alimony because it's a sign that the father is contributing to his kid's future.
I think judges will listen to both sides and study the case carefully before giving any judgment. Working women should not get alimony. But if she earns less or she is an unemployed housewife and if they have kids then husband should support with an alimony. It's not about winning or profit from court case, it's about family involved in this case should not starve to death. Each case is different, Court will decide the alimony amount required for the family to cover their expenses depending upon the income of the couple.
The purpose of alimony is to balance the income between the two former spouses. The $200K alimony drops his income by $200K and increases hers by $200K, meaning he makes $400K more than her. This evens things out. Doesn't matter if she's working or not.
It's not about men not trusting girls... I've seen this in reverse and it is stupid. One party should not benefit from a divorce... especially since they are wealthy themself.
When it's a woman like Kim, who's already a billionaire, she can survive without it. As for everyday working woman, it's needed especially if she doesn't make enough.
Kim Kardashian doesn’t work. She has earnings, but that’s not the same as actually working for a living. She shouldn’t get squat. The fact that she even fought for alimony is a testament to what a trifling POS she really is.
She's the quintessential gold digger. She should also pay reparations for operating a sweatshop!
I'd love to see her stripped of everything, witness as even the porn world wants nothing to do with her anymore, and wind up on 24 hour watch, so she doesn't try to take the easy way out.
Has there ever been a reported incident where the man got alimony if his ex wife was wealthier than him? Never heard of that happening.
@RangerBlue22
Janet Jackson, Halle Berry, Madonna Elizabeth Taylor.
Should I go on?
They shouldn't, and especially not when they already have a huge bank. This is just a joke and will be reason why the west will fall on its own.
She shouldn't get shit from him since she makes PLENTY of money. But, if he signed a contract or anything that agreed to that before he married her, then fair is fair.
It's child support payments and I don't care what happens between a gay fish and a Hobbit.
Doesn’t she have more money/more net worth than Kanye? From what I’ve seen of him lately, he looks like he’s going to go postal. Not sure how this helps the situation.
Alimony is a legal right in a divorce. Doesn't matter if it's a celebrity or a janitors wife.
A man who undergoes signing a marriage contract in the misandristic West, as a general principle, deserves the misandry he is going to meet at every turn of his relational life with the "wife".
It depends on the circumstances. I don't think Kim Kardashian should get alimony because she's already rich. I think working women should get alimony if she doesn't make enough to support herself and if her ex can pay it.
This only makes me think of all the hungry people in America alone.
This is bazaar. This will flip once Kanye loses everything lol
Makes zero sense why would you get paid for a failed marriage
