Hurricane Melissa upgraded to 190mph in post-season analysis. What do you think of this?

Now NHC/NOAA has upgraded Melissa to a 190mph sustained landfall in Jamaica, making it the strongest Atlantic basin landfall on record and tied for the strongest Atlantic basin storm ever observed (Allen 1980).

What do you think of this? By pressure it's tied for Labor Day 1935 for strongest landfall on record in the Atlantic.

Peak 10-second wind gust recorded about 600 feet above the surface was again 252mph.

Basically, NHC indicated that they weren't able to fly in the entire eye-wall right before landfall due to turbulence, and so based on standard sampling error, the storm was likely stronger than the winds directly observed on the strongest observations, but 190mph is still within the standard error margin of a 185mph observation. So it's nothing out of the ordinary to bump it up 5mph here.
