A Love Poem for Valentine's Day

This is a poem to reflect how I felt when I first fell in love..

For the one I love

Love..

How could one possibly explain it?

It's complexity will make you mad

but I'm glad that I feel it..

for she is a beacon in this world that keeps me moving forward.

The way her eyes light up, when I open up to her,

warmth of her hands, when she plays with mine..

The way she smiles, when I can't stop looking at her,

how she hugs me, when we haven't seen for so long..

The way she whispers secrets into my ears,

feeling of it tingling through my entire body..

The way she always finds the right words to say,

making me feel like I matter in this world..

I want to sing!

I want to dance!

I want cling on her every word!

I want to run wild in the rain!

I AM MAD IN LOVE!!

Every moment is spent thinking about her,

she's in my dreams day and night.

How I might, bring this up all to her

it is my daily blight, so strong..

How I keep trying to explain it.
