Weight Loss.

I managed to loose two stone over about 3-4months, but for about 5 months now I haven't been able to loose any more weight...and I feel like I'm putting it on again...

My eating patterns have changed as I have moved back home with my parents after I finished university.

I need some tips on how to carry on loosing weight please!

I work full time 8:30am-6pm 5days a week so I don't really have time to go the gym as I'm usually so tired :( but I eat lots of crap food whilst in work because everyone else does, I need help with how to be strong enough to say no... any ideas any1?!
