So there's this guy I like and once he found out I play volleyball for the school team he was asking about it all the time! he's asked wen the next volleyball game was a lot and if we win our games. I don't think he has ever talked about volleyball b4 he found out I was in it. so I was wondering if he starts showing interest in my hobby does that mean he likes me?
Absolutely. Discussing hobbies is the easiest way a guy can show interest in a girl and spark conversation at the same time. I personally bought a couple seasons of aqua teen hunger force just so I had an excuse to hang out with a girl once lol. It was a show she liked so if she wasn't interested we were watching something she liked anyway. Sounds to me he likes you and using volleyball as a crutch. Let the conversation move outside volleyball into other things to show you're interest in him. I do the same thing, especially girls I have classes with. The first couple times I talk about class then transition into something else, and hardly bring up class again. Whether or not he likes volleyball it's his way of showing you have something in common. Sounds like he likes you so show interest back and see where it goes from there.
