What do these words that guys use to describe a girl mean?

Cute = comment not to be taken too seriously, still attracted but not wanting to commit to it "Yeah she's cute"

Gorgeous/Hot = I would love to date her. After I get over being awestruck by her appearance

Beautiful = really good looking, but reserved for special occasions or to combat your self-doubting "Don't worry about it, you're beautiful! "

Pretty = the nice in-between. Likes you enough to want to say something more than "cute", but thinks it might be creepy to call you beautiful, or that you might think if he did say that word instead, that you think he's just using a line on you. Another version of pretty would be saying "You look good! " or good-looking, etc. Pretty can also be something someone says when they aren't interested, but still realize you are attractive. "Yeah she's pretty, but not for me. "

If I was to use the word cute to describe a girl, it would mean id be interested in her. Id say if the word hot was used, guys are looking for a good time (mostly just a physical attraction) if one guys says a girl is hot, others will probably say the same. If there is a girl I am interested in and find attractive, I would never say your hot, I would tell her she is beautiful (physical and emotional attraction)

There is a chance he might like her if he says any or all of those now I think this girl might be you or someone you know, so ask the girl, and ask some of the guys friends.

Cute and Hot are two totally different appearances. Cute is like I would take her out on a date, I started talking to her and realized hey...she's kinda cute.
Hot would be like...i spotted her from across the room and DAYUMN! She is HOT! I would bang her.

I personally think that when a guy describes a girl as "hot", his just attracted to her looks not for her. To be honest, I don't like the term "hot" very much. And I think the word to describe the guy's love/interest for a girl is when he says she's BEAUTIFUL.
