Ok I've had this huge crush on this guy for like ever. We had a conversation about how we both don't like going to school dances, (well he's out of highschool and told me he didn't go to any of his) and I told him that I don't go to mine.

Well today I got asked to homecoming by this other guy, and it's not like I was going to say no or anything so I said yes. Should I even mention this to the guy that I like. My date and I aren't going out or anything, we're just friends but I don't want the guy that I like to think that I'm interested in someone else.

nah yeh I know what you mean and well yeh I think that you should go to the homecoming, you can just tell your crush that you got asked to go and you didn't want to feel bad saying no.

Yes, treat us equal in every way, even if it causes us problems

No, we should get equality when we want it, but preferential treatment other times.
