How do you tell a guy no to going out with him because he's not ur type?

tell him the truth. that you are not interested but would like to be friends instead. if he ask why, tell him you don't see him like that. Hopefully he doesn't keep buggin after that then you know he is desperate. All you can do is be honest with him and don't lead him on because your afraid of hurtin his feelings. No one likes to be rejected but we all got to go through it at some point and accept it because its a part of life. He'll get over it so try not to worry so much on how he will react. Your just bein true to yourself. Never be sorry for that.
