1) Yes 2) Yes 3) Yes. But I would also take into consideration the situation. Because I had a friend who had a guy split up with his girlfriend just so he could be with my friend. She pushed him away to see if he was serious but he kept coming back. In the end it turned out that he hadn't split up with his girlfriend and only kept coming back to my friend so he could have "the best of both worlds. " I think girls who do that have to be really cautious about what it actually mean. But I have personally done it before myself.
Personally, I push away guys to see what they will do!. I think by doing that we'll see if you really are interested (doesn't work all the time)
But you need to know if that's the reason for her pushing you away probably she wants some space or just not into you && don't know how to tell you face to face.
But if you have a prob. The best way is to ask her y she's pushing you away!

Ok so this girl I was dating wouldn't tell me her feelings . So then I told her that I was confused and didn't know what we were anymore . I think that your situation might be a little more extreme than just "testing" you to see if you'll come back. But you never really know. Maybe she's going though a hard time and she really doesn't want anyone to bother her for a while. Maybe she's depressed. Or just pms-ing. Some girls do, some girls don't . Maybe she needs to reassure herself that he will not leave her; get over her insecurities about him just walking out of her life . Some view guys that stand by them all the time someone that loves them, someone that won't leave them . Others don't have this problem, it really depends on the girl .
It goes back to the cat and mouse game hun lol . Maybe women get tired of being the cat and in turn let the mouse go, so that they can become the mouse . Maybe they want to be reminded that they're still wanted and worthy enough to pursuit . Now from my personal experience, I've never pushed a guy away unless there were serious reasons to do so . I'd never push a guy away just to play a silly game like that, just for the simple fact that he may not come back . But all women are complicated in their own ways and have their own reasons for doing the things they do .
Oh and BTW most women view a guy that always comes back as a door mat . She can walk all over him in any type of shoe after stepping in dog crap and he'll be there until she moves him . - 3 months ago

YES . That is always possible . A girl can sometimes tend to be insecure and needed an assurance that you will get her back, by then, she would be sure that the relationship is secure .
A girl will sometimes push a guy a way because she want to see how serious you are about the relationship . if she pushes away it could be that something is going on and she doesn't want to talk bout and needs space . also she could be pushing you away and doesn't even know it . talk to her and see if anything is going on .
Women most certainly do push guys away, but it also depends on the type of guy she's seeing. If he doesn't have a scarcity mentality most men seem to have, and the woman in question knows he has other options, the last thing she'll want to do is free up his Friday time slot for some other woman to fill.
My advice to any woman that tests their man by playing these game is that if he lands another lady you only have yourself to blame. I forget the exact wording, but there is a rule of relationships that says never test people because nobody is perfect and you'll ultimately get let down.
